Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / FAW Consultant for an onsite Phoenix role. You will engage stakeholders to define analytics, KPI needs, and reporting requirements across Finance using Oracle Fusion tools.

The position involves end-to-end analysis, dashboard design, and guiding UAT and adoption of the solution. Strong client-facing skills and global delivery experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
• Experience in Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation for analytics projects.
• Proven ability to design dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and KPI requirements.
• Analyze end-to-end Oracle Fusion business processes across Finance.
• Design business dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle FDI capabilities.
• Support business users during UAT, training, and solution adoption.
