Job summary

Sinclair Inc. is seeking a full-time FDI HCM/Payroll Reporting Expert to join the Enterprise Data & Insights team. This role involves optimizing and troubleshooting FDI subject areas and delivering actionable insights to the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, including reports and dashboards.
• Manage technical aspects of FDI ERP/HCM implementations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless delivery of FDI capabilities.
