Job summary

Infinisource Consulting Solutions in Bothell, WA is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support lab operations within a government contracting environment. The role assists the Lab Tech with glassware and media preparation, MPW handling, waste management, and compliance with USP, EPA, OSHA, and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities include decontaminating glassware, preparing media and reagents in bulk, organizing storerooms, and coordinating preventive maintenance for media prep equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have H.S. Degree with science lab experience.
• Must complete a favorable background investigation suitable for a PIV card.

Responsibilities

• Support Lab Tech with glassware decontamination and media preparation.
• Prepare and deliver media and bulk solutions in various formats.
• Ensure compliance with USP, EPA, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
• Decontaminate glassware and manage MPW waste per SOP.
• Maintain storerooms and assist with housekeeping to meet Good Laboratory Practices.
