Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the FDA with high-impact initiatives across budget, acquisition, and operations. You will engage with executive leadership, own delivery execution, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready results.

Responsibilities include building relationships with FDA leaders, managing multiple workstreams, and translating complex data into actionable executive briefings. On-site three days per week at White Oak Campus, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• 5+ years of professional federal client experience in project management and delivery.
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership.
• Experience developing executive-level communications (briefings, presentations).
• Experience managing multiple project teams and staffing across workstreams.
• Experience with IT-related projects or business system implementations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex FDA-focused initiatives improving budget, acquisition, operations, and performance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on budget, operations, and process improvement.
• Manage staffing allocations across multiple workstreams weekly.
• Translate data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
• Develop executive briefings and decision materials for senior leaders.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee delivery quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with account leaders to align priorities and growth.
