Massage Envy Saugus is hiring for a front-line role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving Wellness Program enrollment in a fast-paced retail wellness environment.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours with a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay plus bonuses, and employer-paid health coverage for full-time staff. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on the Wellness Program and services available; promote add-on purchases.
• Schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and guide clients through the booking process.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
