Replenishment Analysts manage the portion of Family Dollar business classified as "Basic." Replenishment manages over 70% of total company sales. The primary goal of Replenishment is to achieve an optimal inventory investment while maintaining the desired In-Stock positions for both the Stores, Distribution Centers and Third-Party Vendors.
Replenishment Analysts optimize basic inventory to maximize Family Dollar's sales, profitability and inventory turn while meeting Store In-Stocks and Service Level goals. This position supports and executes all aspects of basic SKUs including, but not limited to base sales, seasonal sales and promotional sales for the entire Replenishment Life Cycle. Replenishment Buyers work cross functionally with Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain to meet/exceed Company goals while maintaining a partnership with the Supplier community.
