Ferrovial is seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team, performing general accounting duties in a dynamic environment where accountability and collaboration matter.

You will handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the department. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounting

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of progressive responsibility in similar accounting positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exposure to accounting software(s).

Responsabilidades

• Review, reconcile, and enter items received into accounting system.
• Manage and direct accountants’ duties and tasks related to department functions.
• Prepare reports at various intervals and frequencies showing departmental, project, or company accounting metrics.
• Prepare, review, and/or audit various budgets.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and reports.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other entities to provide information and answer questions related to accounting activities.

Job Description:

Summary

The position of Sr. Accountant will follow company accounting processes to perform and manage general accounting duties. Responsibilities may include management, training, oversight, and administration of any task related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, ticket collection, invoice reconciliation, data entry, payroll, or other administrative accounting duties.
