Ferrovial Construction in the United States is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide reception and organizational support to the Administrative and Financial department. You will manage calls, greet visitors, handle mail, maintain calendars, and coordinate events while liaising with vendors and suppliers.
The role requires a minimum of two years of related experience, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and strong organizational skills.
