Job summary

Compassionate Addiction Treatment in Spokane seeks a Housing and Employment Program Supervisor to lead a dedicated team connecting residents to housing opportunities, employment resources, and support services.

You will coach staff, foster collaboration, and drive programs that are trauma-informed, individualized, and outcomes-focused. Local travel and community partnerships are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Workforce Development, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• 3+ years of experience in housing services, workforce development, case management, or related programs.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of housing resources, employment readiness strategies, and community-based support systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collecting, tracking, and reporting program outcomes.
• Familiarity with Spokane-area housing providers, landlords, workforce agencies, and community resources.

What You'll Do
