Flight Centre Travel Group USA seeks a driven Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will own design and coordination of small to mid-sized projects, collaborating across teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery from concept to completion.

The role involves translating requirements into clear user stories, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and shaping workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation (User Stories, BRDs).
  • Experience with project coordination and delivery in a technical environment.
  • Solid understanding of ROI and LOE estimation.
  • Knowledge of Sabre system including bookings, shopping, and PNR management.
  • Understanding of Corporate Technology systems (OBTs, RED apps, reporting, finance systems, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze cross-functional impacts across multiple business areas.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Multilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

  • Utilize independent judgment to lead projects with minimal supervision.

About The Opportunity

Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering impactful technical solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, owning the design and coordination of small to mid-sized projects. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams, influence solution design, and ensure successful delivery from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and make a measurable impact across the business.

*Vacation, Personal, and Sick time accrual rates will vary based on full-time or part-time employee status. Recognized Holidays are either paid time off or, if required to work due to job requirements, holiday pay rate, and may vary depending on state.

Location – Remote, US

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $80,000 - $91,000Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
