Job summary

Cart.com, a rapid-growth commerce enablement company, is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate to support Fulfillment as a Service. You will work with a floor manager and peers to ensure timely picking, packing, restocking, and project prep in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong communication while adhering to safety protocols and contributing to SLA targets. Willingness to learn and problem-solve is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automated environment.
• Distribution Center knowledge.
• Proficient Computer Skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective communicator both orally and written.

Responsibilities

• You will pick and pack products from warehouse shelves and assist in restocking inventory.
• Support team members with questions and requests to hit targets.
• Maintain organized and clean workspaces and adhere to safety procedures.

The Role:

As a Inventory Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer’s doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillment associates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. This seat is expected to be eager to learn new things, be a team player, and be ready to find out of the box solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• You are the magic behind the online shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks can include picking and packing product from our warehouse shelves, restocking and cycle counting inventory, or prepping and kitting special projects. Our associates should be ready to help any team within our warehouses that might need it most on any given day, be that inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, or wholesale.

• Keep spaces organized and clean at all times
• Keep safety at top of mind; follow all safety procedures and bring up safety concerns as they arise
