Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Logistics to support the FC Blending team in Bradenton, FL. Responsibilities include safely maintaining juice processing equipment, meeting production schedules, and performing quality checks while adhering to GMP standards.

Role requires operating HMI, reading filling schedules, and collaborating across TPM and 5S initiatives. You will work shifts, with overtime as needed, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate HMI on filling system.
• Must read and interpret filling schedules.
• Ability to operate complex machinery to achieve production goals.
• Understand and comply with GMP standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and related PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate all juice processing equipment safely to meet production schedules.
• Safely maintain all juice processing equipment to meet production schedules within quality standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper ingredients, labeling, products, and other materials are correctly used during production runs.
• Perform equipment center-lining and clean, inspect and lubricate (CIL) to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot the complete system using focused improvement tools.
• Participate in TPM activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Enter and follow up on AIB work orders in SAP.
• Direct work to maintain a safe, compliant workspace.
