Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Logistics professional to support the FC Blending team in Bradenton, FL. This role ensures safe operation and maintenance of juice processing equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.

The candidate will perform safety checks, quality verifications, and TPM-related tasks while supporting 24/7 operations and shift flexibility. Strong GMP knowledge and team collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct center-lining and CIL tasks; ensure equipment runs safely and at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot entire system and participate in TPM activities.
• Maintain 5S standards and track material counts; resolve variances.
• Follow juice filling schedules and read production plans.
• Support shifts and overtime as needed to meet 24/7 operations.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Logisitics to support the FC Blending team. This role will be responsible for safely maintaining all juice processing equipment to meet production schedules within established quality standards.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Work assigned shifts and overtime as needed. There may be occasions where the individuals filling this position will need to work other shifts for reasons such as but not limited to training and meeting production demands.
• Operate all juice processing equipment safely to meet production schedules.
• Safely maintain all juice processing equipment to meet production schedules within established quality standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper ingredients, labeling, products, and other materials are correctly used during production runs.
• Perform equipment center-lining and clean, inspect and lubricate (CIL) to ensure that all equipment is running safely and at peak performance and delivering products that meet the quality standards.
• Effectively trouble shoot the complete system (including all equipment and subcomponents using appropriate Focused Improvement tools such as Why-Why analysis).
• Participate as needed in total production manufacturing (TPM) including but not limited to AM, PM, FI, OCCI, EM, & HSE pillar teams.
• Maintain all areas to 5S standards.
• Track and maintain material counts and trouble shoot variances.
• Resolve equipment/system problems as they occur.
• Read and implement juice filling schedules.
• Perform essential functions of the job.
• Ensure all area team members maintain assigned areas
• Direct work to ensure maintenance of workplace that meets AIB standards
• Enter/follow up on AIB work orders in SAP
• Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
• Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
• Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels

Requirements:

• Must be able to operate HMI on filling system and other necessary equipment.
• Must have the following skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret filling schedules
  • Ability to operate complex machinery to achieve productions goals.
  • Ability to develop, foster, work in and maintain a team environment.
  • Ability to understand and comply with quality assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
  • Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and make immediate corrective actions.
  • Ability to use basic computer functions for software such as but not limited to Microsoft Office suite of programs, Outlook, SAP, and other functional PC applications Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
• Work other shifts as needed to provide technical support and training.
• Work overtime as needed to support 24/7 operations.
• Work with various types of computer software such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office suite of programs, SAP, Outlook, Zarpac, DM5, and ADC.
• Train co-workers in classroom or hands-on environment.

Safety

• Must be located in Bradenton, FL, surrounding area, or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basis
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
