Does not supervise others.**Essential Duties****Business Support*** May enter and review travel expense reports* Meets established processing goals as directed* May prepare and update standard reports* May assist with account verification or reconciliation and research discrepancies* May assist with gathering transaction data/information**Accounting/Documentation*** Prepares and coordinates documentation of basic purchasing documents including vouchers, payment cards, and vendors* Enters documentation for contracts, receipts, and invoices in the appropriate system with minimal errors* Reviews documents for mathematical accuracy, proper coding, compliance, and approval as directed* Assigns commodity or account codes to requisitions and invoices as directed* May review financial transactions for compliance**Customer Support*** May coordinate problem-solving and/or training for customers on tracking, payment issues or general expense questions* May coordinate a specialized task for one or more units* May research and communicate policies and procedures to unit or departments* May provide customer service**Department Specific*** Provides Aggiebuy training and support for all Faculty, Staff, and Students within the Biology department* May assist with or submit individual reimbursements within Aggiebuy, along with receiving, and regular encumbrance releases* May coordinate and deliver cash and checks to the appropriate office, such as the cashier's office and the Development Foundation* Completes regular prompt pay review along with monitoring the Biology Business Admin e-mail inbox **What You Need to Know****Salary**: $45,000-$49,000 annually**Cover Letter/Resume:** A cover letter and resume will assist us in our review of your application materials.
