Job summary

ATSG Corporation in Washington, DC seeks a Program Analyst III for the Logistics and Official Travel Unit (LOTU). The role supports FBI travel needs, passport/visa processing, and liaison with the Department of State and foreign embassies worldwide.

The successful candidate will manage a variable workload, provide policy guidance, and ensure secure handling of sensitive information while supporting investigative, operational, and training travel missions.

Qualifications

• U.S. National
• Top Secret Clearance (Fully adjudicated at time of application)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Institution
• Minimum three (3) years analytical and task planning experience.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively with FBI, DOS, DOJ, and foreign embassies.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be willing to drive in the National Capital Region.
• Organizational skills and adaptability to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Passport and Visa Specialist with authority from DOS–SIA to manage overseas travel transactions.
• Builds and maintains liaison with DOS-SIA and consular officers in foreign embassies to facilitate passport/visa issuance.
• Manages an Area of Responsibility (AOR) including overseas regions and TDYs.
• Coordinates passport/visa processing for employees, family members, and Task Force Officers.
• Provides guidance on proper procedures and ensures compliance with DOS-SIA and embassy policies.
