Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (Fasteners) to drive supplier quality programs and QMS improvements across Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. You will define standards, conduct supplier audits, lead APQP/PPAP activities, and champion corrective actions, while ensuring materials meet quality specs.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong analytical skills, and travel up to 30–50%. Competitive salary and stock options are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 3–7 years in manufacturing quality or supplier quality in automotive or aerospace.
• ASQ certifications preferred (e.g., CQE, CQA, CQMgr).
• Knowledge of ISO-9001:2018 or IATF 16949 preferred.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards and processes.
• Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to meet specs.
• Conduct supplier assessments and audits.
• Lead supplier audits and APQP/PPAP activities.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers.
• Lead continuous improvement in supplier quality.
