Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, and support merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, coordinate with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations, and maintain visual merchandise standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store signage accurately and timely.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Perform price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in stores.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete store layout initiatives and ensure visual merchandise standards.
