Job summary

Lemnis Capital is seeking high-potential graduates for the LCElite Program, a 2-year rapid track designed to develop top-producing advisors and future leaders. This is a structured, performance-based path through Associate Trainee to Vice President, with licensing sponsorship and advanced sales coaching.

You'll build your own book of business, hit weekly and monthly activity targets, and participate in leadership development while advancing toward enterprise-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Highly competitive, sales-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a business.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a weekly client acquisition plan (calls, referrals, networking, events).
• Conduct financial strategy meetings and close new business.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Generate referrals and deepen client relationships.
