Job summary

Hoffman Car Wash Inc. is recruiting for a Manager in Training role through its Management Fast Track Program, a four‑month training experience designed to prepare you for a supervisory or assistant management position.

What We Offer includes $23 - $24 per hour during training with the opportunity for an increase upon completion, commission based on sales, and benefits like medical, dental & vision, 3 weeks PTO, a 401(k) with 5% company match, uniforms, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with a solid work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for one weekend day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations
• Oversee, develop and support team members
• Open or close the store as a key holder
• Provide training and performance feedback
• Greet and assist customers with a smile in the car wash line
• Sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and grounds
• Perform additional duties as assigned
