Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training to join a team that prides itself on safety, service, and growth. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and help ensure top-notch quality for every customer.

Earn $45,000–$60,000 per year with incentive pay, enjoy daily pay options, PTO plus holidays, and a path to advancement through industry-leading training and tuition reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
