Job summary

GNC Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development-focused program designed to prepare you to run your own GNC store under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager.

You will gain hands-on experience across daily operations, sales leadership and product knowledge while promoting the Live Well brand to customers. This role is a path to a Store Manager position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting — below waist and above shoulders.
• SMITs are expected to work five (5) days / forty (40) hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and performance alongside Store/ District Manager.
• Lead, coach and support store team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory checks and deposits following GNC procedures.
