Qualifications

• SMIT is a development focused program to prepare you to manage your own store.
• You will learn leadership, coaching, and store operations under supervision.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to eight hours; able to lift up to 40 pounds; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations with a focus on performance, product management, and customer experience.
• Represent the GNC brand and promote the 'Live Well' message to customers.
• Engage with leaders on training initiatives, projects, and promotion paths.
