Job summary

GNC's Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development program designed to prepare you to manage your own store under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager. You will learn in a fast-track environment to lead a team, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding GNC values and policies.

As a SMIT, you will gain hands-on experience in store operations, product knowledge, sales initiatives, and community engagement, with path to promotion to Store

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive results in a retail setting.
• Comfort with cash handling, POS transactions, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations with guidance from Store Manager or District Manager.
• Drive sales targets and customer engagement to promote products and programs (e.g., MYGNC Rewards).
• Manage cash handling and deposits according to GNC procedures.
