Job summary

GNC's Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development focused program designed to prepare you to run your own store under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager. You will learn how to operate the store, drive for results, and lead a team, with a clear path to promotion.

As a SMIT, you will contribute to exceptional customer service and promote the Live Well philosophy. The role includes coaching, merchandising, and daily operations, with an incentive program tied to productivity

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage store operations under supervision to prepare for promotion

• Represent the GNC brand and promote the Live Well message to customers
• Handle cash, inventory, and store opening/closing procedures
