Job summary

ALDI is hiring a Store Manager Trainee in Cumming, GA. The program prepares you to run your own store through hands-on leadership, managing operations, developing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel to multiple locations within the division. Starting wage is $31.75 per hour, with Year 1 earnings of $87,500–$105,000 including bonus where applicable. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPIs.
• Communicate performance expectations to direct reports.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve results.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with district guidance.
• Schedule weekly work plans and ensure cost controls.
• Maintain store standards and comply with policies and regulations.
