Job summary

Babson College's Butler Launch Pad Fast Track Coaching Acceleration Program seeks a part-time facilitator to guide cohorts of Babson students and alumni entrepreneurs. You will help structure each semester's curriculum, deliver weekly topics, and mentor teams in person or virtually to advance ideas toward execution.

The role runs roughly 3–4 hours weekly, pays $175.00 per hour, includes paid sick leave as required by law, and sits within the Arthur M.

Qualifications

• Facilitate weekly sessions for student and alumni entrepreneurs.
• Assist in curriculum structure and delivery of topics.
• Provide feedback on pitches and sales materials.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate small groups of student and alumni entrepreneurs virtually each week
• Assisting in the structure and framework of each semester's curriculum
• Executing the weekly plan and delivering the weekly topic
• Advising student and alumni entrepreneurs in person and virtually
• Providing specific guidance on sales and marketing process
• Providing feedback and guidance on sales pitch scripts, presentations and materials
• Providing guidance in connecting with external resources as appropriate
• Participating in BLP Fast Track team meetings up to three times a semester
• Tracking individual team progress for impact reporting purposes
