Job summary

Henley Companies is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a diverse team at our Valvoline Instant Oil Change centers. You will develop leaders, build a strong service experience, and accelerate to higher responsibilities within the organization.

You will drive customer service excellence, oversee oil changes and maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager AND at least six months of automotive experience OR two years as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager in a customer facing retail establishment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
