Job summary

Mississippi Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative/MIT Manager in Training in Meridian, MS. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions, including money-related conversations.

The role is customer-facing and performance-driven, with inbound and outbound calls, coaching, and rapid skill development. Strong communication, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
