Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Saint Petersburg, FL to learn and manage processes across sales, operations, finance, and customer service. You will train across teams, develop customer solutions, and advance toward management roles with structured mentoring and incentives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and willingness to drive Penske vehicles. Flexible shifts and benefits accompany an entry-level growth track.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Balance fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction for a large inventory of vehicles.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
