Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will learn our sales processes, technology, and culture through training and mentoring while handling diverse tasks across sales, operations, finance, and customer service.

The role offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and clear advancement opportunities after the 69-month training period, with base pay increases at milestones. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
Results oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
Manage inventory of Penske vehicles to balance fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
