Job summary

Penske is hiring an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Pittsburgh. You will use your degree to run a business, quickly solve problems for customers and participate in training and mentoring to build sales, operations, finance and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck.
• Willingness to travel within the district and work flexible schedules.
• Regulated by DOT with required qualification file and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts including Fortune 500.
• Manage large fleet inventory balancing productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
