Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Greensboro, NC. You will use your degree to run aspects of the business and solve problems for customers in a fast-paced setting.

Training covers sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology, with mentoring to build broad expertise across departments. The role emphasizes the chance to advance into management across Penske locations nationwide, with flexible schedules and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• The position requires DOT-regulated driving and a DOT drug screening process will be conducted.

Responsabilités

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts (Fortune 500 customers).
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
