Job summary

Crew Carwash in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to join a Glassdoor Best Places to Work and begin a leadership track with comprehensive training.

You’ll develop customer service excellence, lead by example, and support daily operations while advancing toward a management role with incentive pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Willing to work 5 days per week including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

  Crew’s Expectations

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
  • Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
  • Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
  • Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
  • Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
  • Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
  • Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
  • Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
