Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Greenwood, IN. You will learn leadership skills while delivering exceptional carwash service and ensuring customer safety and quality.

The role includes training across maintenance, customer interaction, and team development in a fast-paced environment. The program offers industry-leading training, growth opportunities, and a competitive salary with incent ive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work 5 days per week with opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 pounds; comfortable around moving mechanical parts.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
