You’ll be prepared for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months through structured training, coaching, and exposure to branch metrics, scheduling, and team development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Desire to learn and grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn rental car business through hands-on training in sales, service, operations, fleet logistics.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience during the rental process and resolve questions professionally.
• Assist daily branch operations: inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization, documentation, compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, team communication, and performance metrics.
• Develop leadership skills for future growth within Hertz.
