Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to develop leadership skills and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. Start at $33,280 per year ($16/hour). You will learn all aspects of our business, support location performance, and gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, and finance within a dynamic team.

You’ll be mentored to lead, schedule, coach, and contribute to the location’s success while advancing toward future leadership roles with structured training.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations, compliance, and lot management.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting.
