Qualifications

• Leadership experience or training demonstrated (club officer, team captain, group project lead, etc.).
• Killer customer service skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work a 5-day schedule with full weekend/open availability (24/7 travel vibes).

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to run rental locations, handling customers and operations.
• Take charge of key departments and ensure peak performance.
• Manage fleet flow and inventory to match demand and reservations.
• Operate the counter system: Open/close rentals, modify contracts, update manifests.
• Sell add-ons (insurance, GPS, upgrades) to boost revenue and satisfaction.
• Handle opening/closing routines and security.
• Tackle office tasks and quick customer inquiries with multitasking.
• Prepare reports and track daily activities to monitor performance.
• Resolve customer issues on the spot with confidence.
• Support team across locations as needed and foster collaboration.
• Coach, train, supervise, and motivate team members.
