Jimmy John's Sandwiches is opening a new location in Albuquerque. The Manager in Training (MIT) program offers a fast-track path to an Assistant Manager role, with virtual interviews and training at other locations before opening locally.

The program provides 40+ training hours per week with overtime eligibility. After promotion, annual compensation ranges from $35,000 to $45,000+ plus bonuses and benefits, including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of restaurant operations under Manager in Training (MIT).
• Progress to PIC and lead daily store operations.
• Coach team members and ensure world-class customer service.
