Job summary

Crew Carwash in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop leadership skills and drive exceptional service. You'll learn our safety-first approach and lead by example while gaining broad operational experience.

The role offers a salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year plus incentive pay, daily pay options, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll work five days a week, with opening, mid, and closing shifts, and have ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Comfortable around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, platforms.
• Lift/move a minimum of 25 pounds.
