Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Indiana to develop leadership capabilities while delivering top-notch customer service. You will live our safety value, serve as a role model for the team, and help coach and develop colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Be able to lift/move a minimum of 25 pounds.
