Crew Carwash in Anderson, IN is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to lead with safety, deliver exceptional service, and grow into a leadership role.

You will coach teams, uphold quality standards, and participate in maintenance and customer interactions while advancing through a structured training path. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 with incentive pay, plus comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand 8+ hours per day.
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
