Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop leadership skills and drive exceptional service. In this role you’ll learn operations, safety, and customer care while supporting daily carwash throughput and staff development.

This program offers competitive pay between $45,000 and $60,000 per year plus incentives, along with daily pay options, PTO, health/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement, with room for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Push/pull drums and materials with proper equipment.
• Comfortable around moving mechanical parts.
• Climb ladders/scaffolds/platforms.
• Lift/move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Endure extended exposure to all weather extremes.
