Job summary

Crew Carwash in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to join a Glassdoor Best Places to Work and grow into leadership through hands-on exposure to daily operations, safety, and customer service.

You will be trained in all aspects of the business, supported by industry-leading programs, and rewarded with a salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year plus incentive pay, daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment.
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
