Job summary

Crew Carwash in Carmel, IN is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop into a leadership role while delivering excellent service. You will model safety, coach teammates, and drive quality across daily operations.

Responsibilities include opening, mid, and closing shifts, servicing customers, and maintaining safety standards. The role emphasizes growth, training, and career advancement within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours).
• Hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to lift/move at least 25 pounds.
• Able to operate electronic devices.
• Able to withstand weather extremes.

Crew's expectations:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
