Job summary

Crew Carwash in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to join a Glassdoor Best Places to Work. You will lead with safety, model exceptional service, and drive customer satisfaction across shifts while overseeing maintenance and training.

You’ll inspire and develop others to unlock their full potential in a fast-paced automotive environment. With a salary of $45,000–$60,000 per year plus incentive pay, you’ll enjoy daily pay options, paid time off, health benefits, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand for 8+ hours; lift up to 25 pounds; operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and model the Safety value and set the tone for service excellence.
• Serve as a role model for exceptional service and load customers.
• Provide service advisement and assist customers with carwash & related needs.
• Ensure industry-leading quality for our customers across shifts and operations.

• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
