Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring for a Fast-Track Manager in Training. You will lead by example in safety, deliver outstanding customer service, and oversee daily operations to ensure top-quality car care.

You will coach and develop team members, manage opening to closing shifts, and participate in comprehensive training. This role supports growth within a fast-paced retail service environment at Crew Carwash.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.

• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
