Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to lead by example, focusing on safety, service excellence, and operational quality. You will guide a team, complete maintenance training, and continuously elevate performance in a fast-paced carwash environment.

Ideal candidates bring a degree or management experience in service industries and are prepared for opening, mid, and closing shifts while maintaining customer satisfaction and learning a leadership path with strong growth

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week including opening, mid, and closing shifts.

• $45,000 - $60,000 per year + incentive pay!

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
