Job summary

Crew Carwash is looking for a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Noblesville, IN to lead with safety and service excellence. You will coach teammates, drive operations, and ensure top-quality customer experiences.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a relevant degree or management experience in services, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay with incentives and growth opportunities are offered.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.

• $45,000 - $60,000 per year + incentive pay!

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
