Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company invites you to join its Management & Sales Training Program, an accelerated entry-level track to Store Management in 18–24 months. You will work with store leadership to drive a million-dollar business and learn operations, sales, and customer relations, with a promote-from-within path to an Assistant Store Manager role.

You will gain leadership, sales, and product knowledge through hands-on training, plus networking and career opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the development program.

Responsibilities

Complete training consistent with the established program.
Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Complete store administration.
Ensure compliance with policies including safety, loss prevention, and security.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Support employee training and performance management.
Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints.
Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
