Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is selecting candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in a fast-paced, office-based role. Training begins with seasoned Logistics Account Executives, followed by relocation support and robust earning potential through base pay plus commissions.

You will develop freight knowledge, negotiate with carriers and customers, and build a growing book of business while aiming for six-figure earnings and career advancement within TQL's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executive solve customer needs and find carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships with customers.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
